A Level Results Day Success At Harris Academy St John's Wood

Students have seen great success across a range of subjects and qualifications at Harris Academy St John's Wood today, as their A level and vocational results come through.

Among many success stories from the Academy is that of good friends John Quraishi and Ahad Mahmood. John and Ahad ran the Medicine and Dentistry Society together during their time at Harris St John's Wood, where they pushed each other to achieve some big goals. Realising these goals, today, John obtained A*s in Maths, Biology, Chemistry and his EPQ as well as an A in Further Maths, while Ahad achieved A*s in Biology and Maths and A grades in Chemistry and his EPQ. As a result of their outstanding achievements, John and Ahad have secured places to study Medicine at Queen Mary's University London and Dentistry at Kings College London respectively.

Another outstanding set of results was obtained by Haleemah Maqsood, Harris Academy St John's Wood's Deputy Head Girl, who achieved three A*s in Sociology, Psychology and Business and will go on to study Information Management for Business at University College London.
